1. Acceptance of the Terms

1.1 These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website Mehani.work (the "Platform"), including any pages, features, and services offered through it.

1.2 The Platform is owned and operated by an individual, Fadi Alghamdi, residing in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (the "Operator", "we", "us"). The Platform is not operated by a registered company or commercial entity.

1.3 By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility: Saudi Citizens Residing in the Kingdom Only

2.1 The Platform is available exclusively to persons who meet all of the following conditions:

• they hold Saudi citizenship;
• they currently reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
• they are at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity.

2.2 By registering, you declare and warrant that you meet all of these conditions. Anyone who does not meet them is prohibited from registering or using the Platform.

2.3 We may, at our sole discretion, request information or documents to confirm eligibility, and may suspend or delete any account that we reasonably believe does not meet the conditions, without notice or liability.

2.4 The Platform is not directed at persons outside the Kingdom. If you access it from outside the Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and responsibility.

3. Purpose of the Platform

3.1 The Platform allows eligible users to share ratings, reviews, and personal opinions about their own work experience with companies and employers.

3.2 The Platform is an online venue only. We do not employ users, do not verify the employment claims of users, and are not a party to any relationship between users and any company.

3.3 Content on the Platform expresses the personal views of the users who posted it. It does not represent the views of the Operator, and we do not endorse or guarantee its accuracy.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To register, we request only the following information: email address, password, and first, middle, and last name. You may also upload an optional profile picture.

4.2 You agree to provide accurate and current information, to keep your password confidential, and to be solely responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized use.

4.3 You may not create more than one account, transfer your account, or use another person's identity.

5. User Content

5.1 "User Content" means any ratings, reviews, comments, text, images, profile pictures, or other material that you submit to the Platform.

5.2 You are solely responsible for your User Content, including its truthfulness, legality, and consequences. We do not review User Content before publication and are under no obligation to do so.

5.3 You confirm that your User Content:

• is based on your genuine, first-hand work experience and is truthful and fair;
• is your own, or you have all rights and permissions needed to publish it (including images);
• does not violate the rights of any person, including privacy, reputation, and intellectual property rights.

5.4 If you upload an image, you confirm that it does not show any other person without their consent, and that it does not contain confidential documents, contracts, or internal company materials you are not permitted to disclose.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Content

You must not, and must not allow others to, use the Platform to publish or do any of the following:

• Content that is false, misleading, defamatory, insulting, or that harms the reputation of any person or entity, or accusations of crimes without proof;
• Content that violates Islamic Sharia, public order, public morals, or the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law;
• Content that incites hatred, discrimination, violence, or sectarian or tribal division;
• Obscene, sexual, or indecent content, or content that harms minors;
• Disclosure of other people's personal data (such as phone numbers, ID numbers, or addresses), or of trade secrets and confidential information;
• Fake, paid, or coordinated reviews, or reviews posted to blackmail, pressure, or gain an advantage from a company or person;
• Spam, advertising, malware, or attempts to hack, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Platform;
• Impersonation of any person, or use of the Platform in violation of Section 2.

7. License to the Operator

7.1 You keep ownership of your User Content. However, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and technical purposes), and distribute your User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

7.2 This license continues for a reasonable period after you delete content or your account, to the extent needed for backups, legal obligations, or content already shared with others.

8. Moderation, Removal, and Complaints

8.1 We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, hide, or remove any User Content, and to suspend or terminate any account, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or receipt of a complaint.

8.2 If you believe that any content on the Platform is unlawful, false, or violates your rights, you may submit a complaint through the contact form (https://mehani.work/en/contact), including your name, contact details, a link to the content, and the reason for your complaint. We will review complaints within a reasonable time and may remove content at our discretion.

8.3 We may disclose user information to competent Saudi authorities when required by law, regulation, or an official or judicial order.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 The Platform, its name, logo, design, source code, and all content that is not User Content are owned by the Operator and protected by the laws of the Kingdom, including the Saudi Copyright Law.

9.2 You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1 The Platform and all content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.2 We do not guarantee that: the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; any User Content is accurate, complete, lawful, or reliable; or that any images or files will be safe from loss, damage, or unauthorized access.

10.3 Any decision you make based on content on the Platform (including decisions about employment, resignation, or dealing with a company) is made at your own risk.

10.4 The Platform does not provide legal, employment, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, reputation, data, or employment opportunities, arising from or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) User Content posted by you or by others; (c) disputes between users, or between users and any company or third party; (d) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data; (e) service interruptions, errors, or technical failures; or (f) any act or omission of third parties, including hosting and service providers.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Saudi law.

11.3 Companies and third parties named in User Content are not users of the Platform and no relationship is created with them by these Terms. Any claim by them concerning User Content is directed in the first instance to the user who posted it.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claim, demand, loss, damage, penalty, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and Termination

13.1 You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time through the contact form and/or through user's account settings.

13.2 We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without liability. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 16) shall survive.

14. Privacy and Personal Data

14.1 We collect only your email, password (stored in protected form), first, middle, and last name, and any images you choose to upload, and use them to operate the Platform, secure accounts, respond to your requests, and comply with the law.

14.2 We process personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations. By registering, you consent to this processing. You may exercise your rights (such as access, correction, and deletion) through the contact form.

14.3 Your name and any content you publish may be visible to other users or the public, according to the Platform's features. Do not publish anything you do not want to be public.

14.4 Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Platform with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after publication means you accept the amended Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and by the provisions of Islamic Sharia.

16.2 Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, after an attempt to resolve it amicably through the contact form.

17. General Provisions

17.1 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

17.2 Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

17.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Platform.

17.4 These Terms are written in Arabic and English. If there is any conflict or difference in interpretation, the Arabic version prevails.
